1. Consumer's right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have the right to withdraw from a rental agreement made in the online shop by giving notice within 14 days of concluding the contract. Withdrawal can be made using the withdrawal form on our website or by any other unambiguous statement.

2. Withdrawal deadline
The withdrawal period begins from the conclusion of the contract.

3. Taking the unit into use before withdrawal
If the customer takes the rented unit into use before the end of the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraws from the contract, Cityvarasto Oyj has the right to charge the customer compensation for the period during which the unit was in the customer's use.

4. Refund of payments
Following withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from the customer without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. Any compensation arising from use of the unit will be deducted from the amount refunded.
