We aim to ensure the accessibility of our services in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and the EU Web Accessibility Directive. Accessibility status

The service partially meets accessibility requirements.

Non-accessible content

The following content and features do not yet meet the requirements of WCAG 2.1 levels A and AA. We aim to address the main shortcomings during spring 2026.

Recurring issues

Across the entire service:

  • Some images have non-descriptive or unnecessary text alternatives. (1.1.1)

  • Some controls have conflicting link and button semantics (e.g. a button inside a link), which may cause duplicate focus and issues with role descriptions. (4.1.2), (2.4.3)

Page-specific issues

Homepage:

  • Several "Read more" links are not sufficiently descriptive. (2.4.4)

  • The homepage contains an automatically moving text section that cannot be paused, hidden or stopped. (2.2.2)

Storage selection:

  • Essential location information shown on the floor map is only available in visual format. (1.1.1)

  • Videos convey essential information visually only, without audio description. (1.2.5)

Payment method:

  • In mobile view, the focus order does not match the visual order. (2.4.3)
