Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired a  new property  located at Jakomäentie 1 in Jakomäki, Helsinki.

The building was built in 2010 on a  plot of 5,604 m². It has approximately 3,000 square metres.  The property is located within  easy reach of good transport connections, in a very prominent place next to Lahdenväylä.   The building has modern high storage space as  well as tidy office space.  A modern self storage hotel will be opened  in the premises.

Cityvarasto is a nationwide  self storage company.  Global trends such as urbanisation, the shrinking number of apartments and storage spaces, as well as the quantity of goods and the growing need for additional space are creating demand for self-storage.
