Cityvarasto Oyj has purchased a 700 m² property in a prominent place in the centre of Salo. The property is centrally located on a plot of 2,109 m² with good transport connections at Mariankatu 19. A modern self storage facility will be opened in the property during 2022.
With this acquisition, Cityvarasto Oyj strengthens its position as a nationwide self storage company and especially in the Western Finland region. After the transaction, Cityvarasto will have 55 offices in the largest cities around Finland: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Oulu, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kotka, Kouvola, Kuopio, Lahti, Lappeenranta, Naantali, Järvenpää, Kerava, Turku, Tuusula, Tampere, Seinäjoki, Savonlinna, Salo, Pori, Porvoo, Hämeenlinna, Rovaniemi, Ylöjärvi , Vaasa and Hyvinkää.
