At the end of this year, a modern self storage hotel will be opened in Kaivoksela, Vantaa, where you can find all the services related to selfstorage and moving. You can rent moving boxes and purchase and rent other products needed for the move. In addition, the property has plenty of logistics and production facilities, hobby space and office and meeting rooms of various sizes. A Business Center will be opened in the office wing, PakuOvelle.com vans will be placed in the yard area for rental use, and there will be rehearsal rooms for bands on the ground floor.

The total area of the property is approximately 20 700 m², and the new owner of the property, Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Vantaan Painotalo, is part of the Cityvarasto Group. The property is located in a very prominent place next to the Hämeenlinna highway between Ring I and Ring Road III, at Vetokuja 4. The drive to Helsinki city centre and airport is only about 15 minutes.
