Group structure

The group includes the parent company Cityvarasto Oyj and it's subsidiaries; Cityvarasto Oü, Autokaupoille.com Oy, Pakuovelle.com and Suomen Opiskelijamuutot Oy. Cityvarasto is 100 percent owner of Cityvarasto Oü located in Estonia, which has no operations for the time being, as well as Autokaupoille.com Oy, Pakuovelle.com, which was completely purchased in the fall of 2020, and Suomen Opiskelijamuutot Oy, which was purchased in the spring of 2022

The purpose of the group structure is to be able to offer an increasingly comprehensive service, especially to movers, who are the largest customer group in the companies.
