Cityvarasto Oyj opened a new self storage site in Kuopio, in the Levänen commercial area In mid-March. Cityvarasto already has 2 sites in Kuopio; in the city centre at Puijonkatu 9 and in Haapaniemi at Tehdaskatu 10.

Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired the shares entitling to ownership of the warehouse facilities located in Länsi-Pasila, at Maistraatinpolku 4. New property is in top location Länsi-Pasila, near the Tripla shopping centre, the property has an area of 700 square metres.

New Self storage site opened in Hyrylä, Tuusula at 29.12.2022
The old, protected building in Hyrylä, Rykmentinpuisto, built in 1915, was renovated during the summer and autumn to a modern self storage site. The new site opened on 29.12.2022 at Patalioonantie 24, 04300 Tuusula.

Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired the business of Warehouse Hotel Tavarasto, located in Seinäjoki, Kauppaneliö 12, and the self storage operations will continue under the name of Cityvarasto.

Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired a property located at Puistokatu 1 in Kuusankoski, Kouvola. The building, located on its own 2,700 m² plot, has 547 square meters and 1,063 kem² of building rights remain. The property is centrally located with good transport connections.

The new self storage site in Kouvola was opened 4.4.2022
Cityvarasto Oyj's self storage site in Kouvola Kasarmimäki was opened on 4.4.2022. A stylish self storage hotel was renovated in the beautiful, protected building during the autumn and winter. The total area of the building is 1,045 square meters and it was built in 1900 for the use of the army of the Grand Duchy of Finland. The building has previously served as an army equipment warehouse and as a warehouse for the City of Kouvola's own use, so the self storage operations were well suited for the premises and the area

Cityvarasto Oyj acquired Suomen Opiskelijamuutot
Cityvarasto Oyj has expanded its services by making a business transaction with Suomen Opiskelijamuutot Oy. The business of Suomen Opiskelijamuutot was transferred to the ownership of a new subsidiary in March and the entire staff, approximately 40 people, will be transferred to the new company as old employees.

Cityvarasto Oyj has purchased a property in the old Rykmentinpuisto area in Hyrylä, Tuusula, with a beautiful, protected building built in 1915. A modern self storage facility will be opened in the approximately 700-square-metre building on its own 1,663 m² plot in the city centre block area during 2022.

Cityvarasto Oyj has purchased a 700 m² property in a prominent place in the centre of Salo. The property is centrally located on a plot of 2,109 m² with good transport connections at Mariankatu 19. A modern self storage facility will be opened in the property during 2022.

Norwegian Ferncliff TIH AS's new investment in Cityvarasto Oyj strongly supports the company's growth strategy
Feut AS, a subsidiary of the Norwegian investment company Ferncliff TIH AS, has invested EUR 7.3 million in a directed share issue in Cityvarasto Oyj. Feut AS is the second largest owner of Cityvarasto Oyj, which after this share issue owns 25% of the shares.
