During the third quarter, four new properties were acquired. The acquisitions were made in Helsinki, Kempele, Lohja, and Pori. In addition, the company opened two new offices during the quarter. The newly opened offices are located in Jyväskylä and Kerava.

The building acquired in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, located at Arinatie 4, has a total area of 2,032 m² and houses several tenants, including bakery operators. Operations will continue as before for the time being. The premises are in a prime location, easily accessible by car and public transport – the Raide-Jokeri light rail passes about 10 meters away. The estimated number of passengers on Raide-Jokeri is about 91,000 per day in 2023 and 125,000 in 2050.

The property purchased in Kempele, located at Tarjusojantie 15 C, has its own plot of over 4,000 m² and a building of approximately 650 m². Some of the premises are leased, and operations will continue as before for the time being.

The location is excellent. It takes ten minutes to travel from the center of Oulu to Kempele’s center – Highway 4 runs through Kempele, westbound traffic uses Highway 8, and eastbound traffic uses the Kuusamo road. Finland’s second largest airport is right nearby, and Kempele also has a train station.

The property purchased in Lohja has a 1,224 m² building on its own plot of over 5,000 m². The property is located in Lohja’s Pappilankorpi at Ratakatu 28, 01850 Lohja.
Lohja’s Pappilankorpi is a significant industrial area located slightly east of Lohja’s center, close to the capital region and major transport routes. The versatile premises are found along Lohjantie, near the Turku motorway, and the yard area is logistically functional and spacious. Small storage units will be built in the premises, and the property will open in spring 2026.

In Pori, Cityvarasto has purchased shares in Asunto Oy Porin Rautienpuistokatu 2, which entitle the company to own a total of 504 m² of storage space in the basement. The premises will be renovated into a modern small storage hotel in line with the Cityvarasto brand. The goal is for the office to open in spring 2026.
