Cityvarasto Oyj opened a new self storage site in Kuopio, in the Levänen commercial area in mid-March. Cityvarasto already has 2 sites in Kuopio; in the city centre at Puijonkatu 9 and in Haapaniemi at Tehdaskatu 10.
Self storage site in Levänen is located within easy reach, 6 kilometers from the center of Kuopio and 2 km from the Kolmisope’s motorway, at Satulasepänkatu 3. The 3-storey 3,400 m² building, located on a plot of 14,150 square metres, has undergone a major renovation. The facade of the property has been renewed and the premises have been partly converted to selfstorage business. Both companies and private consumers can now easily rent self storage units of various sizes for short- and long-term needs. The monthly rents of the self storage unit starts from 39.00 €/month. In addition to the self storage hotel, there are also other type of premises in the property, for example premises for Bilar – a company selling cars.

In addition to selfstorage business, Cityvarasto also sells packaging supplies, shipping and reception services and self storage insurances, rents various premises and Business Center office rooms to its customers, and offers address service. The Cityvarasto Group also includes Pakuovelle.com Oy, which operates in van rentals, and Suomen Opiskelijamuutot Oy, a removal company in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
