Cityvarasto Plc acquires the moving services business of Ja-Ki Muutto
Cityvarasto has acquired the moving services business of Ja-Ki Muutto Ltd. The acquisition will be carried out as a business transaction in the name of a newly established company within the Cityvarasto Group, and as a result, Ja-Ki Muutto’s entire business, including its assets and personnel, will be transferred to the new company. The acquired business will be reported as part of Cityvarasto’s Ancillary Services segment as of 1 January 2026.

Cityvarasto Plc has acquired a property in Kokkola
Cityvarasto Plc has acquired Kiinteistö Oy Kokkolan Taidetalo, the owner of approx. 1,400 m² plot located at Paahtimonkuja 3, 67100 Kokkola, near the city center. The property includes a four-story building with approx. 3,000 m² of total area, originally constructed as a bakery. At present, the building accommodates several commercial and recreational spaces, as well as three residential apartments.

Cityvarasto Oyj acquired new properties in Helsinki, Kempele, Lohja, and Pori in Q3/2025
During the third quarter, four new properties were acquired. The acquisitions were made in Helsinki, Kempele, Lohja, and Pori. In addition, the company opened two new offices during the quarter. The newly opened offices are located in Jyväskylä and Kerava.

Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired the entire share capital of Eurovarastot (Talcap Oy) through a business transaction.
As a result of the transaction, Eurovarasto's property and entire business, including self storage rental and trailer rental, have been transferred to Cityvarasto's ownership. The self storage site is located in a visible and central location in Oulu's Limingantulli at Jääsalontie 122.

The new site of Cityvarasto in Kuopio, Levänen has opened
Cityvarasto Oyj opened a new self storage site in Kuopio, in the Levänen commercial area In mid-March. Cityvarasto already has 2 sites in Kuopio; in the city centre at Puijonkatu 9 and in Haapaniemi at Tehdaskatu 10.

Cityvarasto Oyj's Selfstorage Site in Kotka expands
Cityvarasto Self Storage site in Kotka opened at the end of 2021. The site is located in Hovinsaari in an old, beautiful renovated property originally built as a slaughterhouse in 1954. The self storage facility has very good transport connections. It is located in a prominent place about 2 km from the centre of Kotka, at Liitulahdentie 3.

Cityvarasto Oyj purchased a new self storage site location in Länsi-Pasila
Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired the shares entitling to ownership of the warehouse facilities located in Länsi-Pasila, at Maistraatinpolku 4. New property is in top location Länsi-Pasila, near the Tripla shopping centre, the property has an area of 700 square metres.

New Self storage site opened in Hyrylä, Tuusula at 29.12.2022
The old, protected building in Hyrylä, Rykmentinpuisto, built in 1915, was renovated during the summer and autumn to a modern self storage site. The new site opened on 29.12.2022 at Patalioonantie 24, 04300 Tuusula.

A new self storage site for Cityvarasto Oyj in Jyväskylä
Cityvarasto Oyj has acquired properties in Kirri, Jyväskylä, address Kirrinkuja 1. With this real estate acquisition, Cityvarasto strengthens its position in the Jyväskylä region, where the company already has 2 self storage sites; In the Center on Cygnaeuksenkatu and in Seppälä on Ahjokatu.

The new self storage site in Kouvola was opened 4.4.2022
Cityvarasto Oyj's self storage site in Kouvola Kasarmimäki was opened on 4.4.2022. A stylish self storage hotel was renovated in the beautiful, protected building during the autumn and winter. The total area of the building is 1,045 square meters and it was built in 1900 for the use of the army of the Grand Duchy of Finland. The building has previously served as an army equipment warehouse and as a warehouse for the City of Kouvola's own use, so the self storage operations were well suited for the premises and the area
